Good people are hard to find. If they then spend hours every week copying figures from one file into the next, that costs you twice. I automate those routines, and the files your team works with stay the same.
Selected clients
Most of the enquiries I get start with something like this.
“Every month somebody rebuilds the same deck from scratch: copying figures, updating charts, fixing the layout.”
“Our central analysis sits in an Excel file barely anyone understands any more, and one wrong click brings the whole thing down.”
“The data is there, but turning it into a finished report takes days.”
“Every manual transfer introduces mistakes that we only notice much later.”
“There is off-the-shelf software for our problem, but it does 80 % too much and not the one thing we actually need.”
“When that one colleague is on holiday, nobody else can run the process.”
Most projects fall into one of these three categories.
Reports, presentations and analyses are produced automatically instead of by hand, as an ordinary Excel, Word or PowerPoint file in your company's layout. Your team carries on with the results exactly as before: open, adjust, send. Only the hours beforehand disappear.
Instead of a sprawling Excel file only one person still understands, a web interface with exactly the figures that matter in your business. Several people work in it at once, everyone sees their own area, and one wrong click no longer breaks anything.
I use AI when it solves a concrete problem, for instance to make sense of free text or to suggest wording. Where a simpler approach gives the same result, I leave it out. Which data gets processed is something we agree on beforehand.

We look together at which process currently costs you the most time, and whether automating it is worth doing at all. Sometimes the answer is that it isn't.
60 minutes, no obligation
I go through the existing routine in detail: data sources, intermediate steps, the result you want. From that I put together a quote with a clearly defined scope and a fixed monthly price.
You see a working version early and give feedback, rather than being handed a finished product at the end. With nobody in between, that goes quickly.
First prototype usually in 30 to 45 days
I walk your team through it, and from then on the solution runs, hosted by me or in your own infrastructure. Every month there is a fixed block of hours for changes.
Support response usually within 24 hours
Development, operation and ongoing work in one monthly package, rather than a large one-off investment after which nobody feels responsible.
No lock-in: on request you receive the full source code of your solution at the end of the agreed term, free of charge. Everything is built on open source, so your own IT or another team can carry on with it.
What Automation+ costs in your case depends on the scope of the solution. You get a concrete figure in the free first call, and we work out together whether it pays off for you at all.
No, that is the whole point. Excel, Word and PowerPoint stay as what goes in and what comes out. The difference is that the file gets produced automatically instead of by hand. Your team does not have to learn new software to work with the results.
Because an automation is rarely finished the first time it runs. Processes change, edge cases turn up, and somebody has to keep it running. Automation+ bundles development, hosting, support and a monthly block of hours for changes, so there is always someone who knows your solution.
I build on open-source tools and write code someone else can pick up. On request you receive the complete source code free of charge at the end of the agreed term, so your own IT or another team can take the solution over. If you prefer, it runs in your own infrastructure from day one anyway.
That is your decision. The solution can run entirely in your own infrastructure, so no data leaves your building. Alternatively I host it with Hetzner in Germany, in a secured environment with role-based access and a data processing agreement in place. That is included in the package.
What matters is how often a process repeats and how long it takes each time. A routine that costs a day every month pays off quickly even in small companies. We settle that in the free first call, and if it does not pay off I will tell you.
Tell me about it. In 60 minutes we go through your routine, and afterwards you know whether and how it can be automated. No obligation, no charge.
